We'll be using this location again if we need a rental car in the area for our next visit.
Here to catch someone actually in this location working. When you do, they offer you a rate higher than what Utica says it would be, then you can ONLY rent if you have credit card (debit card no good). I offered to pay cash deposit of up to $2000 & allow them to secure another $2000 on my card and was refused.

Just want to drop in a quick positive review of the nice service we received. We rented a midsize car for a week and by the time we got to my in-laws farm in Richfield Springs the air conditioning wasn't working. Without any hassle, they sent another car right out and swapped it with a car with well working air conditioning.
Easy to get in and out. Selection of cars is limited.
Enterprise has always been a preferred rental agency of mine because most locations offer ride back services. (try to get that from other car rental agencies) Enterprise Herkimer is doing just that. Give these folks a chance, they intend to please.
