The employees of the Herkimer DMV are awesome!! I am never going to another DMV ever if I don't have to! They were friendly, helpful, and guided me through the process I needed help with. My license plate was stolen off my car and the whole process took less than 10 minutes. Great service!!
This is a very fast D.M.V. office all employees were very friendly and they were very helpful keep up the good work.
Every employee was rude and indifferent. Had to go 4 times in one day to get the paperwork right. Employees were not helpful, didn't explain anything and finally when plates were given never offered help on displaying plates, stickers, inspection. These are typical government employees, They should all get fired.
